The Vinh Long Provincial People’s Committee has officially issued Decision No. 1041/QD-UBND, approving the investment policy and designating Thanh Do Construction Group Joint Stock Company (Headquartered in Binh Loi Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) as the official investor for the My Thuan Commercial – Service – Tourism Complex project.
The project is located in Tan Ngai Ward, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long Province, covering a total land area of 143,424.5 m2.
The project offers a comprehensive range of premium products and services, including: Tourist apartments, hotels, commercial terrace houses, single-detached villas, semi-detached villas, shophouses, a convention center, riverside restaurants, an exclusive club, and swimming pools.
Location: Tan Ngai Ward, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long
The project has a total construction area of 79,386 m2. Specifically, Zone A covers a construction site area of 27,557 m2, featuring: a 20-story tourist apartment building; an 18-story hotel; a 2-story convention center; a 1-story riverside restaurant; 71 units of 4-story commercial terrace houses; and a 500 m2 swimming pool (Pool 1).
Zone B covers a construction area of 51,829 m2, comprising: 62 units of 4-story commercial terrace houses; 71 units of 3-story single-detached villas; 107 units of 3-story semi-detached villas; a 2-story clubhouse; a 300 m2 swimming pool (Pool 2); and a 50 m2 1-story kiosk.
The project has a total investment capital of over 2,060 billion VND, equivalent to more than 88.5 million USD. Within this structure, the equity contribution for project implementation exceeds 412 billion VND, while the mobilized capital accounts for over 1,648 billion VND.
Regarding the implementation schedule, the project is slated for completion and is expected to be operational by September 2026.
